The project is for a Two Storey Layug House with the total floor area of 240 sqm floor area with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms to be built for Mr. Edwin Rodriguez. It will be built at Hi-way near Arellano High School, Balanga City, Bataan.
Work Scope:
This proposal is a comprehensive estimate for the full range of services required to complete this project from start to finish. All materials, labor, goods and services are included in this estimate.
Time Frame:
The project will be completed 7 to 8 months
