Job Description:
- Using United Pentagon 0.5mm colored roof with bubble insulation
- Half trusses using angle bar and c-purlins
- Provide stainless gutter 304 and PVC orange pipe S600 3 inches downspout.
- Install of 4 pcs. Convenience outlet 2 gang Panasonic and 4 pcs LED lights using Phelps dodge wire number 12 and 14.
- Hardiflex ΒΌ original for ceiling and metal furring.
- Install 3 pcs aluminum sliding windows with grills.
- Kitchen aluminum cabinet and 304 kitchen sink and heavy duty kitchen and laundry faucet.
- Granite kitchen top and flooring 60 cm x 60 cm, mariwasa brand or approved equal.
- Erection of new walls and concrete column.
- Fully finished painting
