House Construction Supervision Agreement

Supervision Agreement

This agreement is between Robert de Guzman, owner of the house and Engr. Jc Mer Santos documents their intent to enter a formal professional relationship guided by the following terms and conditions.

  1. Engr. Santos will be the one who will supervise the construction of the house of Mr. de Guzman

  3. He also help Mr. de Guzman to buy materials for their house and taking care of the payroll of the people. In addition, Engr. Santos ensures that all the materials used are quality materials and approved by Mr. de Guzman
  4. They agreed that Mr. de Guzman will pay an amount of Php50,000.00 as payment of Engr. Santos for the supervision.
  5. The house construction period will be at least 3 to 4 months.
