- Xerox copy Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT)
- Xerox copy tax declaration
- Xerox copy of current Real Property Tax Receipt
- In case the applicant is not the registered owner of the lot
- Three copies of duly notarized accomplished application form of locational clearance
- 2 sets of Building Plans including site development plan and vicinity map signed and sealed by the Registered Civil Engineer or Architect in case of Architectural and Structural Plan. Sanitary Engineer in case of Sanitary Plan and Electrical Engineer in case of Electrical Plan.
