Job Description:
- Re tiles of Comfort Room from bottom to ceiling, change of toilet bowl, lavatory, rain shower and shower enclosure and 3500W heater and change the installation of water and waste line.
Aluminum door. towel rack, mirror (plain) no frame, glass counter top, bidet and tissue holder. - Re tiles of kitchen and change of kitchen sink, faucet and install of two (2) outlet. Same granite in kitchen top and side of kitchen wall.
- Cabinet of kitchen with 2 drawer, up and down cabinet and hanging cabinet in the opposite wall, 3 L.E.D sliding rack (aluminum or white) to be announce or approved equal.
- Retiles of Sala and 1 bedroom and kitchen flooring 60 x 60 cm granite wood design (medium color).
- Build in cabinet of Room 1. Sliding door.
- Retiles of dirty kitchen flooring, extension of kitchen top with tiles and plastering of inside wall with 2 exit steel door with screen and at least 2 electrical outlet.
- Retiles of terrace same tiles in dirty kitchen floor 40x40cm ceramic tiles.
- Curtain rod single in all windows. All windows with screen and repaint the steel windows.
- Three (3) doors, 2 panel/solid door and 1 flush door and repair of dash board of wood frame bed. Door know (pitcher type) and 2 dead bolt and safety lock inside.
- Painting of inside and outside of apartment for one (1) unit only
Note: White color paint inside the apartment and outside paint same as in color. - Re install the Air conditioning electrical outlet as well as the air con hole with steel housing.
