This proposal is for the construction of perimeter fence (24 x 22) for Mr. and Mrs. Zenaida L. Bautista located at Villa Angeles, Laguna. The construction period will be approximately two (2) months.

First Payment – 30% – Upon signing agreement
Second Payment – 30% – 15 days after the first payment
Third Payment – 30% – 30 days after the second payment
Fourth Payment -10% – Upon completion of work
Note:
- The contractor will hire mason and helpers for the construction of perimeter fence.
- The contractor will supervise the work of mason and helpers
- The contractor will be responsible for all the materials used during the construction of perimeter fence.
- The owner will provide excavator/backhoe as well as payment for the excavator’s operator.
- The owner will be in-charge of all the materials to be used in the construction of perimeter fence such as cement, hollow block, steel, etc.
